Description

Ingredients

  • 100g sugar
  • 80g flour
  • 20g cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 200ml whipped cream
  • 50g dark chocolate (melted)
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions

  1. Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
  2. Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
  3. Sift flour and cocoa powder, then fold into the egg mixture.
  4. Add vanilla extract and mix gently.
  5. Pour the batter into a lined air fryer basket.
  6. Cook for 10-12 minutes until the cake springs back when touched.
  7. Let it cool slightly, then roll it with a clean towel to shape.
  8. Unroll, spread whipped cream, then roll again.
  9. Drizzle melted chocolate on top and dust with powdered sugar.
