A delicious and easy-to-make Yule log cake using an air fryer. Perfect for holiday celebrations.

- 4 eggs
- 100g sugar
- 80g flour
- 20g cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 200ml whipped cream
- 50g dark chocolate (melted)
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Beat eggs and sugar until fluffy.
- Sift flour and cocoa powder, then fold into the egg mixture.
- Add vanilla extract and mix gently.
- Pour the batter into a lined air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes until the cake springs back when touched.
- Let it cool slightly, then roll it with a clean towel to shape.
- Unroll, spread whipped cream, then roll again.
- Drizzle melted chocolate on top and dust with powdered sugar.
