Description
Crispy za’atar-spiced carrots cooked in an air fryer, served with a creamy yogurt dip. A quick and healthy side dish or snack.
Ingredients

- 4 medium carrots, cut into sticks
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp za’atar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss carrot sticks with olive oil, za’atar, salt, and black pepper.
- Arrange carrots in single layer in air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking basket halfway.
- While carrots cook, mix yogurt, garlic, lemon juice, and parsley for the dip.
- Serve hot carrots with yogurt dip on the side.
Notes
- For crispier carrots, extend cooking time by 2-3 minutes.
- Substitute regular yogurt if Greek yogurt isn’t available.
- Store leftovers in airtight container for up to 2 days.
