Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup ricotta cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix flour, baking powder, salt, and sugar in a bowl.
- Add ricotta, egg, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Scoop tablespoon-sized portions of batter into the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving.

- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Let zeppole cool slightly before dusting with sugar.
