Description

Spooky zombie monster cupcakes made easy with an air fryer. Perfect for Halloween parties or themed events.


Ingredients

  • 1 box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 cup water
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can vanilla frosting
  • Green food coloring
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Candy eyeballs
  • Red gel icing

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 320°F (160°C).
  2. Mix cake mix, water, oil, and eggs in a bowl until smooth.
  3. Pour batter into cupcake liners, filling each 2/3 full.
  4. Air fry for 12-15 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
  5. Let cupcakes cool completely.
  6. Tint vanilla frosting green with food coloring.
  7. Frost cupcakes and add marshmallows for teeth.
  8. Place candy eyeballs on top.
  9. Use red gel icing to create bloody details.
