Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice zucchini into thin rounds, about 1/8 inch thick.
- In a bowl, toss zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and black pepper.
- Arrange zucchini slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.
- Sprinkle with parmesan cheese if using. Serve immediately.

- Slice zucchini evenly for consistent cooking.
- Don’t overcrowd the air fryer basket.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 2 days.
