Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Slice the zucchinis into thin rounds.
- Toss the zucchini slices with olive oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place the slices in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese evenly over the zucchini.
- Air fry for 8-10 minutes until golden and crispy.
- Remove from the air fryer and let cool slightly before serving.
