Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into 6 strips.
  3. Layer apple slices and brie cheese on each pastry strip, leaving space at the top.
  4. Drizzle honey and sprinkle cinnamon over the fillings.
  5. Fold the pastry strips in half lengthwise over the filling.
  6. Roll each strip from one end to form a rose shape.
  7. Brush with egg wash and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
