- 4 oz brie cheese, thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp powdered sugar (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Roll out puff pastry and cut into 6 strips.
- Layer apple slices and brie cheese on each pastry strip, leaving space at the top.
- Drizzle honey and sprinkle cinnamon over the fillings.
- Fold the pastry strips in half lengthwise over the filling.
- Roll each strip from one end to form a rose shape.
- Brush with egg wash and bake for 20-25 minutes until golden.
- Dust with powdered sugar before serving (optional).
