Ingredients

- 2 large sweet potatoes
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 avocado, diced
- 1 can black beans, drained
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese (optional)
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Pierce sweet potatoes with a fork and bake for 45-50 minutes until tender.
- In a skillet, cook ground turkey over medium heat until browned.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Stir in black beans, diced tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Simmer for 10 minutes.
- Cut baked sweet potatoes in half and scoop out some to create space.
- Fill each sweet potato with turkey chili.
- Top with diced avocado, shredded cheese (if using), and cilantro.

- Adjust spices to your preference.
