- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs

Instructions
- Cut the top off the onion and peel. Make vertical cuts around the onion, leaving the base intact.

- In one bowl, mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. In another bowl, whisk eggs and milk.
- Dip the onion first in the flour mix, then in the egg mix, and finally in the panko breadcrumbs.
- Place the onion in the baby air fryer basket and spray lightly with cooking oil.
- Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 10-12 minutes or until golden and crispy.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- Use a sharp knife for clean cuts.
- Chilling the onion helps the petals bloom better.
- Adjust cooking time based on your air fryer model.
