Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 4 strips bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 2 jalapeños, finely chopped (seeds removed for milder taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, cheddar cheese, bacon, jalapeños, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl.
  2. Place about 2 tablespoons of filling in the center of each eggroll wrapper.
  3. Fold the sides inward, then roll tightly. Seal the edge with water.
