Delicious bite-sized appetizers combining crispy bacon jam and creamy brie.


Ingredients

  • 1 sheet puff pastry
  • 1/2 cup bacon jam
  • 4 oz brie cheese, cut into small cubes
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
  • 1 tbsp fresh thyme (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into small squares.
  3. Place a small spoonful of bacon jam in the center of each square.
  4. Add a cube of brie on top of the bacon jam.
  5. Fold the pastry over the filling and seal the edges.
  6. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle with thyme if desired.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm.
