- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, minced
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup milk
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a bowl, mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, chipotle peppers, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, and milk.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs.
- Place meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until fully cooked.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- For extra smokiness, add 1/2 tsp smoked paprika.
- Use lean ground beef for less grease.
- Meatballs can be frozen before baking.
