- 200g kajmak (Balkan cream cheese)
- 200g smoked meat (pastrami or sujuk)
- 200g fresh vegetables (tomatoes, cucumbers, peppers)
- 4 slices of crusty bread
- 100g olives
- 50g butter
- 2 tbsp ajvar (Balkan red pepper spread)
Instructions
- Boil the eggs for 8 minutes, then cool and peel them.
- Slice the feta cheese and smoked meat into bite-sized pieces.
- Arrange all ingredients on a large wooden board or platter.
- Toast the bread and serve it warm with butter and ajvar.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
