Ingredients

- 2 ripe bananas
- 2 cups milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup (optional)
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Mash the bananas in a bowl until smooth.
- Add milk, chia seeds, honey or maple syrup, and vanilla extract. Stir well.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
- Stir before serving and top with fresh fruit or nuts if desired.

- Use ripe bananas for natural sweetness.
- Stir the mixture after 1 hour to prevent clumping.
