Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup cornstarch
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp sweet chili sauce
  • 1 tbsp sriracha
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp chopped green onions (optional)
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
  • 2 tbsp oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Pat the salmon cubes dry with a paper towel.
  2. Season with salt and black pepper.
  3. Dredge the salmon in cornstarch, dip in beaten eggs, then coat again with cornstarch.
  4. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry the salmon bites for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and crispy.
  6. Drain on a paper towel.
  7. Mix mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and honey in a bowl.
  8. Toss the fried salmon in the sauce or drizzle on top.
  9. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.
