Description
Crispy and flavorful Big Mac-inspired egg rolls made easily in your air fryer. A fun twist on the classic burger.
Ingredients

- 1 lb ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced pickles
- 1/4 cup Thousand Island dressing
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- 1 tbsp water (for sealing wrappers)
Instructions
- Cook ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Add diced onions and cook for 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
- Stir in shredded lettuce, cheese, pickles, and Thousand Island dressing.
- Place 2 tbsp of filling in the center of an egg roll wrapper.
- Fold the bottom corner over the filling, then fold in the sides. Roll tightly and seal the edge with water.
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly spray egg rolls with oil and place in the air fryer basket in a single layer.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden brown and crispy.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds if desired. Serve warm.
Notes
- Don’t overfill the wrappers to prevent breaking.
- For extra crispiness, spray lightly with oil before air frying.
- Serve with extra Thousand Island dressing for dipping.
