Description

Ingredients

  • 1 large sweet onion
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • Cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Peel the onion and cut off the top. Slice into 12-16 sections, leaving the root intact.
  2. Mix flour, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
  3. Whisk eggs and milk in another bowl.
  4. Dip the onion in the egg mixture, then coat with the flour mixture.
  5. Spray the air fryer basket with cooking spray and place the onion inside.
  6. Air fry at 375°F for 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
  7. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
