- 1/4 cup walnuts, chopped

- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Cut the pears in half and scoop out the cores.
- Fill each pear half with crumbled blue cheese.
- Drizzle honey over the stuffed pears.
- Sprinkle chopped walnuts and thyme on top.
- Place the pears on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts and the pears soften.
- Serve warm.
