  2. Cut the pears in half and scoop out the cores.
  3. Fill each pear half with crumbled blue cheese.
  4. Drizzle honey over the stuffed pears.
  5. Sprinkle chopped walnuts and thyme on top.
  6. Place the pears on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until the cheese melts and the pears soften.
