Ingredients

- 2 cups fresh or frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 cup honey or simple syrup
- 2 cups ice cubes
- 1 cup cold water
- Fresh mint leaves for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Blend blueberries, lemon juice, honey, and water until smooth.
- Add ice cubes and blend again until slushy.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with mint.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Use frozen blueberries for a thicker texture.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- For an adult version, add a splash of vodka.
