Ingredients

- 1 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 sheets nori (seaweed)
- 1/2 cup imitation crab, shredded
- 1/2 cucumber, thinly sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp soy sauce (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix sushi rice with rice vinegar, sugar, and salt.
- Spread rice evenly in a baking dish.
- Layer cream cheese, imitation crab, cucumber, and avocado over the rice.
- Top with nori sheets and sprinkle sesame seeds.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through.
- Drizzle with soy sauce before serving (optional).
