- 1 1/2 cups chopped broccoli

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease a muffin tin.
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
- In another bowl, whisk milk, oil, and egg.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in broccoli and cheese.
- Spoon batter into muffin cups. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.

- Use fresh or thawed frozen broccoli.
- Add cooked bacon for extra flavor.
