- 1 lb shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 4 tbsp unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 lemon, juiced and zested
- 1/4 tsp red pepper flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Cook until it turns golden brown (about 3-4 minutes).
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes. Sauté for 30 seconds.
- Add shrimp and cook until pink (about 2-3 minutes per side).
- Stir in lemon juice, zest, salt, and black pepper.
- Toss in cooked pasta and mix well.
- Garnish with parsley and Parmesan cheese before serving.
Notes
- Use fresh shrimp for best flavor.
- Do not overcook the butter—remove from heat once it turns golden.
- Adjust red pepper flakes for desired spice level.
