Ingredients

- 4 medium carrots, peeled and sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Toss the sliced carrots with olive oil, brown sugar, salt, pepper, and cinnamon.
- Spread the carrots in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 12-15 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through, until tender and caramelized.
- Serve warm.
Notes
- Adjust cooking time based on carrot thickness.
- For extra crispiness, air fry for an additional 2-3 minutes.
- Substitute honey for brown sugar if desired.
