  • 1 cup brown sugar filling (or jam)
  • 1 cup powdered sugar (for glaze)
  • 2 tbsp milk (for glaze)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Beat butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until creamy.
  3. Add eggs and vanilla extract. Mix well.
  4. In a separate bowl, whisk flour, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
  5. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients. Mix until combined.
  6. Roll dough into small balls and place on the baking sheet.
  7. Press the center of each ball to create a well. Fill with brown sugar filling.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes until edges are golden.
  9. Cool on a wire rack.
  10. Mix powdered sugar and milk to make glaze. Drizzle over cookies.
