A simple and budget-friendly chocolate bark recipe made in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 200g dark chocolate, chopped
- 50g nuts (almonds, peanuts, or walnuts)
- 30g dried fruit (cranberries or raisins)
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- Pinch of sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your air fryer to 150°C (300°F).
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil together in a microwave-safe bowl in 30-second intervals, stirring in between.
- Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.
- Pour the melted chocolate onto the parchment paper and spread evenly.
- Sprinkle nuts, dried fruit, and a pinch of sea salt over the chocolate.
- Air fry for 5 minutes.
- Remove and let it cool completely before breaking into pieces.
