- 8 oz penne pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, diced
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions
Instructions
- Cook penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a skillet, cook diced chicken until no longer pink. Remove from heat.
- In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Stir until smooth.
- Mix in buffalo sauce and cooked chicken. Simmer for 2 minutes.
- Combine sauce with cooked penne and toss well.
- Garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust buffalo sauce to your preferred spice level.
- For extra creaminess, add more heavy cream if needed.
