A twist on the classic sloppy joe, featuring shredded buffalo chicken for a spicy kick.
Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 1/2 cup buffalo sauce
- 1/4 cup ranch dressing
- 1/4 cup diced celery
- 4 hamburger buns
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Heat butter in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, and ranch dressing. Stir to combine.
- Cook for 5 minutes until heated through.
- Toast the hamburger buns lightly.
- Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture onto the buns.
- Top with diced celery and serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust buffalo sauce for more or less heat.
- Use blue cheese dressing instead of ranch for a different flavor.
- Leftovers can be stored in the fridge for up to 3 days.
