A spicy and creamy ramen dish inspired by Korean buldak flavors and Italian carbonara.
Ingredients

- 1 pack of ramen noodles
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 egg yolk
- 1 tbsp gochujang (Korean red pepper paste)
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1/4 cup cooked bacon, chopped
Instructions
- Cook ramen noodles according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, whisk together heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, and egg yolk.
- In a pan, melt butter and stir in gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, and garlic powder.
- Add cooked ramen noodles to the pan and mix well with the sauce.
- Pour the cream mixture over the noodles and stir on low heat until thickened.
- Top with chopped bacon and green onions before serving.
Notes
- Adjust gochujang for desired spiciness.
- Use fresh ramen for better texture.
- Add extra Parmesan for more richness.
