- 2 lobster tails (6–8 oz each)
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter, melted
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 lemon, sliced
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F.
- Cut the top of each lobster tail shell lengthwise with kitchen shears.
- Loosen the meat from the shell and lift it on top.
- Mix melted butter, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Brush the mixture over the lobster meat.
- Place lobster tails in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 6-8 minutes until meat is opaque and firm.
- Garnish with lemon slices and parsley before serving.
Notes
- Thaw frozen lobster tails overnight in the fridge.
- Adjust cooking time based on tail size.
- Serve with extra melted butter for dipping.
