- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 3 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 1 cup steamed vegetables (broccoli, bell peppers, or your choice)
Instructions
- Season chicken with Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Cook chicken for 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked.
- Remove chicken and let it rest. In the same pan, melt butter, honey, and lemon juice to make the glaze.
- Slice chicken and drizzle with the honey butter glaze.
- Assemble bowls with rice, steamed vegetables, and glazed chicken.
- Serve warm.
