- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté onions until caramelized, about 15 minutes.
- Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
- Place chicken in a baking dish and spread caramelized onions on top.
- Pour heavy cream over the chicken and onions.
- Sprinkle parmesan cheese and thyme evenly.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until chicken is fully cooked.
- Let rest for 5 minutes before serving.
