  • 1 clove garlic, minced

Instructions

  3. Add potatoes, garlic, and butter to the skillet. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. Stir in ranch seasoning, milk, and sour cream. Mix well.
  5. Transfer mixture to a baking dish. Top with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until potatoes are tender and cheese is bubbly.
  7. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
