- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 4 ounces fresh mozzarella, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon balsamic glaze
Instructions
- Preheat the air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and black pepper.
- Brush the chicken with olive oil and place in the air fryer basket.
- Cook for 10 minutes, then flip the chicken.
- Top each breast with mozzarella slices and halved cherry tomatoes.
- Cook for another 5 minutes or until the chicken reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Garnish with fresh basil leaves and drizzle with balsamic glaze before serving.

- For extra flavor, marinate the chicken in balsamic vinegar for 30 minutes before cooking.
