Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook pasta according to package instructions, drain, and set aside.
  3. Steam broccoli florets for 3-4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  4. In a saucepan, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour to make a roux.
  5. Gradually whisk in milk until smooth. Cook until thickened.
  6. Add garlic powder, salt, and black pepper to the sauce.
  7. Combine cooked pasta, chicken, broccoli, and sauce in a baking dish.
  8. Sprinkle shredded cheese on top.
