Instructions
- Preheat your skillet over medium heat.
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Form the mixture into small meatballs.
- Heat olive oil in the skillet and cook meatballs until browned on all sides.
- Remove meatballs and sauté onion and garlic until soft.
- Add maple syrup and chipotle sauce to the skillet, stirring to combine.
- Return meatballs to the skillet and coat with the glaze.
