Description

- 1 lb mini sausages
- 1 cup apple cider
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp mustard
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 sprig fresh thyme
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add diced onion and cook until soft.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Place mini sausages in the pan and brown them on all sides.
- Pour in apple cider, mustard, honey, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the thyme sprig and bring to a simmer.
- Reduce heat and let it cook for 15-20 minutes until sausages are tender.
- Remove thyme sprig before serving.
Notes
- Use high-quality apple cider for the best flavor.
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Serve with toothpicks for easy eating.
