- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs

- 1 tsp onion powder

- 1 cup apple cider
- 1/4 cup ketchup
- 2 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Mix beef, pork, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
- Shape mixture into 1-inch meatballs and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until cooked through.
- Simmer apple cider, ketchup, brown sugar, vinegar, and mustard in a saucepan for 10 minutes until thickened.
- Toss cooked meatballs in glaze and serve warm.
