Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 16 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp melted butter (for topping)
  • 1/4 cup granulated sugar mixed with 1 tsp cinnamon (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  2. Mix graham er crumbs, melted butter, and 1/4 cup sugar. Press into a lined 9×9 pan.
  3. Bake crust for 10 minutes, then let cool.
  4. Beat cream cheese, 1/2 cup sugar, eggs, vanilla, and cinnamon until smooth.
  5. Pour filling over crust and bake for 25 minutes.
  6. Cool cheesecake, then refrigerate for 2 hours.
  7. Brush top with melted butter and sprinkle cinnamon sugar.
  8. Cut into bars and serve.
