A quick and easy dessert made with cinnamon roll bread pudding in individual mugs.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cubed cinnamon roll bread
- 1 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Grease two mugs with butter.
- Mix milk, egg, sugar, vanilla, and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Add bread cubes and stir to coat.
- Divide mixture between mugs.
- Bake for 20 minutes or until set.
- Let cool slightly before serving.
Notes
- Use day-old cinnamon rolls for best texture.
- Top with icing or whipped cream if desired.
