Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup glutinous rice flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup sugar (for coating)
  • 1 tbsp cinnamon (for coating)
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix glutinous rice flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
  2. Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
  3. Heat oil in a pan to 350°F.
  4. Pipe or spoon small dough portions into the hot oil.
  5. Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
  6. Drain on paper towels.
  7. Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
  8. Roll warm donuts in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
  9. Serve immediately.
