Ingredients

- 1 cup glutinous rice flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup sugar (for coating)
- 1 tbsp cinnamon (for coating)
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Mix glutinous rice flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
- Add milk, egg, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth.
- Heat oil in a pan to 350°F.
- Pipe or spoon small dough portions into the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown, about 2-3 minutes per side.
- Drain on paper towels.
- Mix sugar and cinnamon in a bowl.
- Roll warm donuts in the cinnamon sugar mixture.
- Serve immediately.

- Use a piping bag for even donut shapes.
- Adjust cinnamon sugar to taste.
