Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F. Grease a donut pan.

- In another bowl, whisk buttermilk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients. Fold in diced peaches.
- Fill donut molds 3/4 full. Bake for 12-15 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Pipe cheesecake filling into cooled donuts.
- Serve chilled.
