Instructions
- Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a clean, dry bowl, whip egg whites to stiff peaks using a hand mixer.
- In a separate bowl, combine egg yolks and cream cheese until smooth.
- Gently fold the yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites, being careful not to deflate them.
- Sprinkle in baking powder and salt, folding gently to maintain airiness.
- Scoop spoonfuls of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes until the bites are golden brown and slightly firm.
- Let cool for 10 minutes before serving.
