  • 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 300°F (150°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a clean, dry bowl, whip egg whites to stiff peaks using a hand mixer.
