  • 3 tbsp cream cheese (room temperature) or Greek yogurt

  • 1/4 tsp cream of tartar

  • 1/4 tsp sea salt (optional)

  • Optional: garlic powder, Italian herbs, cinnamon, stevia, shredded cheese, or everything bagel seasoning for flavor


Instructions

  • For extra crispy chips, make your batter thinner and bake slightly longer.

  • Store homemade chips in a sealed container for 2–3 days or refrigerate for up to a week.
