Description
A light and fluffy cloud bread recipe made in the air fryer.
Ingredients
Scale
- 3 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons cream cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar
- 1 tablespoon sugar (optional)
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Separate egg whites and yolks into two bowls.
- Beat egg whites with cream of tartar until stiff peaks form.
- Mix yolks with cream cheese, sugar (if using), and salt until smooth.
- Gently fold yolk mixture into egg whites.
- Scoop batter onto parchment paper in the air fryer basket.
- Cook at 300°F (150°C) for 10-12 minutes until golden.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Store leftovers in an airtight container.
- Best eaten fresh.
