A quick and easy breakfast option combining cookie dough flavor with overnight oats.
Ingredients

- 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- In a jar or bowl, mix oats, milk, maple syrup, peanut butter, vanilla, and salt.
- Stir well until fully combined.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight.
- Top with chocolate chips before serving.
Notes
- Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
- Use almond butter or sunflower seed butter as a peanut butter substitute.
- For thicker oats, reduce milk by 1 tbsp.
