Description

A quick and easy breakfast option combining cookie dough flavor with overnight oats.


Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup rolled oats
  • 1/2 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1 tbsp peanut butter
  • 1 tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt

Instructions

  1. In a jar or bowl, mix oats, milk, maple syrup, peanut butter, vanilla, and salt.
  2. Stir well until fully combined.
  3. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  4. Top with chocolate chips before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust sweetness by adding more or less maple syrup.
  • Use almond butter or sunflower seed butter as a peanut butter substitute.
  • For thicker oats, reduce milk by 1 tbsp.
