A creamy and healthy twist on classic Alfredo sauce using cottage cheese, paired with juicy air-fried chicken.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
- Season chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- While chicken cooks, blend cottage cheese, Parmesan, milk, garlic, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then pour in the blended sauce. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Slice cooked chicken and serve with the cottage cheese Alfredo sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
- Use low-fat cottage cheese for a lighter version.
- Adjust sauce thickness by adding more milk if needed.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
