Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Season chicken with Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  3. Place chicken in the air fryer basket and cook for 12-15 minutes, flipping halfway, until internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  4. While chicken cooks, blend cottage cheese, Parmesan, milk, garlic, and lemon juice until smooth.
  5. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat, then pour in the blended sauce. Simmer for 3-5 minutes until slightly thickened.
  6. Slice cooked chicken and serve with the cottage cheese Alfredo sauce. Garnish with fresh parsley.
