Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix cottage cheese, flour, baking powder, salt, egg, and honey in a bowl.
- Knead the dough lightly until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 4 equal parts and shape into bagels.
- Place the bagels on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds on top if desired.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
