Delicious, fudgy brownie bites made with cottage cheese and cooked in the air fryer for a healthier treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup almond flour
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- Pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Blend cottage cheese, cocoa powder, honey, egg, and vanilla until smooth.
- Add almond flour, baking soda, and salt. Mix well.
- Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Spoon batter into greased mini muffin tins or silicone molds.
- Place in the air fryer basket and cook for 8-10 minutes.
- Let cool before removing from molds.
Notes
- Use full-fat cottage cheese for best texture.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container for up to 3 days.
- For a sweeter taste, add extra honey or sugar substitute.
