A quick and easy recipe for cottage cheese cookie dough made in the air fryer.
Ingredients

- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips in a bowl.
- Fold in chocolate chips.
- Scoop dough into small balls.
- Place in air fryer basket.
- Cook at 350°F for 8 minutes.
- Let cool before serving.
Notes
- Use full-fat cottage cheese for best texture.
- Adjust sweetness by reducing maple syrup.
