Ingredients

- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix cottage cheese, flour, salt, and baking powder.
- Knead into a soft dough.
- Divide into small portions and roll into flatbreads.
- Brush with olive oil.
- Preheat air fryer to 180°C (350°F).
- Cook flatbreads for 5-7 minutes, flipping halfway.
- Serve warm.

- Let dough rest for 10 minutes for better texture.
- Adjust thickness for crispier or softer flatbreads.
